New technology, non-polluting, top quality silicate gel batteries, with high performance, long cycle life, robust in adverse environments, and very good pricing.
Based on the brand new electrolyte of liquid low sodium silicate compound, renovations have been made for cell electrode structure, material composition and battery manufacture processes.
SOLAZONE silicone batteries have successfully broken away from the shortcomings of lead-acid batteries, such as acid corrosion, acid mist pollution, low energy & power density, and short life span.
SOLAZONE silicone batteries can be successfully recycled at end of use, with the lead being reused, and the silicate used as fertiliser.
SOLAZONE has a recognized edge over commonly used lead-acid batteries, due to its high capacity, high current output, rapid recharge times, good low temperature performance, long life span, and environmental-friendliness.
On top of that, the neutral electrolyte does not corrode the electrodes, which makes it possible to recycle the electrodes after the battery service life.
The disposed electrolyte, in the state of semi-solid grains, is a high quality fertilizer rather than a soil pollutant. The factory is rated as "Factory of Environment Friendliness" by the relevant environment protection authority for its contribution to the commitment of environmental protection.
SOLAZONE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY FACTS:
- Storage capacity as high as 1.75 times that of international standards;
- They exceed the international recharge acceptance capacity standards by 2.68 times.
- They have a high current recharge rate (0.8°C – 1.0°C);
- They can have high current discharge, resulting in a battery that can be discharged at 30C within 8 seconds with no damage to the battery;
- Wide working temperature range (-50°C to +70°C);
- Long life when used under normal working conditions;
- Low self-discharge: Full charge can be maintained for a year when stored at normal temperatures.
- No recharge memory;
- No acid mist emission when charging or discharging;
- No pollution from the electrolyte;
- The cycling charge life is as long as 10 years for the GYM Series;
- Over 400 times of full recharging (normal acid battery is 200 times);
- Functions normally at 6,000 meters beneath the sea;
- Environmentally Friendly: the electrolyte can be used as fertilizer and the rest recycled;
- Maintenance Free.

The Silicone battery has much less memory effect and is uneffected by very cold or hot conditions, so this battery is a big improvement on the lead-acid battery. Unless the lithium-ion battery becomes much cheaper, the silicone battery is also a very good option for electric vehicles.
